PRINTED FRESH TO ORDER

Every t-shirt at The State Threads is printed fresh to order right here in the 
USA. No mass production. No sitting in warehouses. Just quality apparel made 
specifically for you.


DELIVERY TIMELINE

Production Time: 2-3 business days
Shipping Time: 2-3 business days
Total Delivery: 5-7 business days

Orders typically arrive within one week of purchase.


SHIPPING RATES

Free Shipping: Orders $50 and over
Standard Shipping: $4.95 (orders under $50)

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and fastest 
delivery option.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You'll receive:

- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships
- Tracking updates as your package moves

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed in the order they're received. During peak seasons 
(holidays, promotions), production may take 3-4 business days instead of 2-3.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day. 
Orders after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding US federal holidays)


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

United States (all 50 states)
APO/FPO/DPO addresses
US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)

International Shipping: Not currently available. We plan to expand 
internationally in the future.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. 
We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

If you enter an incorrect address:
- You are responsible for any reshipment costs
- Contact us immediately at Support@thestatethreads.com

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for 
certain carriers (FedEx, UPS).


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Need to change your order or shipping address?

Contact us at Support@thestatethreads.com within 2 hours of placing your order. 
Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel orders.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost Package:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check 
with neighbors and building management. Contact us within 7 days and we'll 
investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Package:
Contact us at Support@thestatethreads.com with photos of the damaged item and 
packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Item:
We'll make it right. Email Support@thestatethreads.com with your order number 
and we'll send the correct item immediately.

Delayed Package:
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we'll 
track it down or send a replacement.


BUSY SEASONS

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays, major sales), please allow:

Production: 3-4 business days
Shipping: 4-5 business days
Total: 7-9 business days

We'll always update you if there are any delays.


PO BOXES

USPS shipments: PO boxes accepted
UPS/FedEx shipments: PO boxes NOT accepted (we'll ship via USPS instead)

If you provide a PO box, we'll automatically select a carrier that delivers to 
your address type.


MULTIPLE ITEMS

All items in a single order ship together. If you order multiple products, we 
wait until all items are printed before shipping.

Need items by different dates? Place separate orders.


RUSH ORDERS

We don't currently offer expedited production, but we do offer expedited 
shipping:

2-Day Shipping: Available at checkout (additional fee)
Overnight Shipping: Contact Support@thestatethreads.com

Note: Rush shipping only speeds up delivery, not production time (still 2-3 
business days to print).


WEATHER & CARRIER DELAYS

Occasionally, severe weather or carrier delays may affect delivery times. These 
are beyond our control, but we'll keep you updated if your order is affected.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We currently only ship within the United States and US territories. 

International shipping coming soon! Join our email list to be notified when we 
expand globally.
