Where is my order?

Orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days (2–3 business days for printing + 2–4 business days for shipping).

If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, please reach out to us with your order number.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Every State Threads piece is printed fresh to order just for you, so we are unable to accept returns or size exchanges. We strongly encourage checking our size charts on each product page before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked! Simply email us photos and your order number within 15 days of delivery.

What are your shipping rates?

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $4.95 for orders under $50
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $50 or more

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change your address, size, or cancel, please email support@thestatethreads.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

What materials do you use?

• T-Shirts: 100% ring-spun cotton (Gildan 5000), 5.3 oz/yd² midweight cotton, pre-shrunk, super soft.
• Crewneck Sweatshirts: Plush 8.0 oz fleece (50/50 cotton/poly blend, Gildan 18000), cloud-soft brushed interior, athletic ribbed collar & cuffs.
• Hoodies: Cozy 8.0 oz fleece (50/50 blend, Gildan 18500), double-lined hood, kangaroo pocket, durable ribbed cuffs.

All items are printed fresh to order in the USA using premium water-based inks that feel soft and last.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is coming soon!
